Founder & CEO
Brian is the CEO and Founder of Safety Corps, LLC. This company is a product of his passion for community service and a dream to establish safer, secure, and more cohesive quality of life for our communities by mobilizing funding and community support for public safety agencies that keep our communities safe.
Before founding this company, Brian built a prolific career with over 20 years of experience working as a senior manager with some of the nation’s largest retailers and multinational corporations.
During that time, Brian set an excellent track record and won multiple awards and recognition due to his pursuit of excellence in delivering results and outstanding performance.
Brian takes a modern approach to hiring, nurturing talents, and people development while encouraging innovation, inventiveness, and resourcefulness among his teams to spur productivity.
Chief Evans (Retired) started his career as a United States Army Military Policeman while serving in the 101st Airborne Division. With over 32 years of dedicated service, Chief Evans has continually showcased exceptional leadership ability and stood out as a regional and statewide leader, a proactive problem-solver, and a visionary strategist for several law enforcement agencies.
Chief Evans served with the El Paso Police Department for years before retiring from the Round Rock Police Department to serve as the Chief of Police in Live Oak, Texas, a premier suburb of the nation’s seventh-largest city, San Antonio, Texas.
Chief Evans consistently demonstrates a leadership style that embraces openness and inclusive communication; we consider him a gem at Safety Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and a Master of Public Administration in Disaster and Emergency Management from Park University. Further, he is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute of Policing, Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command class #356, Texas’ Leadership Command College class #50, FBI Executive Leadership Institute and is a Certified Emergency Manager through the IAEM.

Commander Rentfrow (Retired) started his professional career in the United States Marine Corps, serving during the Desert Storm Campaign, and serving as a Marine Security Guard for the U.S. Embassies in Mexico and Cameroon, and retired as a Police Commander after 24 years of public service in county and municipal law enforcement.
Commander Rentfrow began his law enforcement career at the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department in Grand Junction, Colorado, and later moved to the Denver-Metro area to join the Commerce City Police Department.
Rob has served as a SWAT operator, and has worked in various assignments, such as undercover narcotic investigations, traffic enforcement, crash reconstruction, and training management.Rob has supervised and managed various specialized units and support operations within the police department, including school resource officer program, training, recruiting, records, property/evidence, special events, incident management, fleet and technology.
Rob has extensive experience in developing and managing records management and computer-aided dispatch systems, overall data management, and business intelligence and analytics.
Rob incorporates a servant leadership style in his pursuit for purposeful work in his community and his workplace; and, values trust and trustworthiness as core components for sustaining community and interpersonal relationships. He brings an array of interpersonal, managerial, and technical skills and experience to Safety Corps, from a culmination of his military service, law enforcement experience, and education.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Rob is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s Police Staff and Command School, class #443, IACP Leading in Police Organizations and the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Institute.
George is the Vice President of Operations for Safety Publications, a Division of Safety Corps, LLC. He started his career in the United States Air Force Security Service (USAFSS) as an intelligence trained analyst assigned to the 6901 SCG(Special Communications Group) in Zweibrücken, Germany.
George has an extensive Information Technology (IT) background. He has had successful IT careers at companies such as Sirius Computer Solutions, San Antonio, Texas, and Forsythe Solutions Group, Skokie, Illinois. The last 8 years, prior to employment with Safety Publications, have been spent working with several law enforcement software companies providing domestic, state, and local law enforcement agencies applications that document high liability areas and events. Duties included territory sales, sales team management, recruiting and training.
George holds an Associate of Science degree in Marine Biology from Olympic College. Additionally, George holds membership in multiple law enforcement organizations, including The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), the International Association of Crime Analysts, (IACA), the National Sheriffs’ Association, (NSA), the Police Executive Research Forum, (PERF) and others.

Amber’s passion for law enforcement and public service began in early childhood, as a career that inspires her to help others. Amber proudly served the Seattle Police Department for over 20 years, with professionalism and dedication.
Throughout her distinguished career, Amber worked in numerous areas to include patrol, the bike unit, undercover operations, the homicide unit, the cold case unit, the Major Crimes Task Force, and the department’s training unit.
Amber found great value in her final assignment with the Training Division. She was able to impart many years of experience while investing in the future of community policing and relations through the development of other officers.
Her pursuit of excellence, exceptional service, and continuous efforts to change how communities view police officers resulted in her selection as Officer of the Year and being recognized with a Domestic Violence Award.
Amber is a proud, career professional and member of our team, bringing valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills that will keep the value our customers, clients and partners a top priority.
Lindsey is the Creative Director of the design department for Safety Corps, and she creates each publication with care. She is an award-winning graphic designer and has created many logos, graphics, booklets, magazines, social media posts, and much more!
Lindsey graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with a degree in Associate of Applied Sciences in Graphic Design and transferred to Eastern Washington University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication and Design.
For her last quarter, she studied at Central Saint Martins, University of Arts in London in a study abroad program.
Lindsey holds her designs to a high standard of quality and consistency. Every design is tailored to the style guide and expectations for the brand she’s designing.
John Buol Dr.
John is a valued member of the Safety Corps professional staff. John is an accomplished professional writer and editor, and served as editor of American Gunsmith magazine, creating over 120 monthly publications. He has published over 100 articles in other national magazines and a book as a freelance author.
John served in the United States Army Military Police and as an instructor for the Alamo Area Regional Law Enforcement Academy, certified by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement.
John retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, has been a member of the USAR Marksmanship Training and Competitive Program as a winning competitor, small arms instructor, and lead the Team’s public affairs efforts.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems, more than two decades of military experience, professional law enforcement and military instructor experience, and multiple Master and Distinguished competitive marksmanship classifications, John has the professional background to guide his word craft in helping manage our publications.
